Just wanted to tell you how much we love our new vinyl flooring. It looks beautiful in our home. Everyone at Kelly's was so helpful with our decision as to the type of flooring, the color, etc. and that input was very valuable in assisting with our decision.
Your installers were courteous, polite and made sure that everything was done properly. They worked for quite a while just getting all of the squeaks and creaks out of the floor before laying the vinyl. They were genuinely concerned that the job was done right.
We have dealt with contractors in the past that probably would benefit from taking a page out of your play book.
If we need flooring in the future, we will definitely use Kelly's Flooring again.

We had such a great experience with Kelly's Flooring when we had our upstairs carpet replaced (2,000 sq. ft.) a few months ago that we decided to go ahead and have our downstairs carpet replaced. We had the same great experience and workmanship. Can't say enough good things about the owners or workers of this establishment. Mark and Dave installed our carpet. They also did an extremely great job of cleaning up, which was very important to me.
